All equipment brought in for repair are assessed a .5hr diagnostic charge. After diagnostics an estimate will be provided for customer approval before any work begins. Upon approval, items are scheduled for repair and the initial diagnostic fee will be credited to the repair order. (Customers are required to pay the diagnostic fee on declined repair orders.)
